About Be One Hope

Self-Preservation is a skill and something that has to be taught. If you have never been given these skills you become a magnet to people using you and living in a bubble of guilt because you just do not have the skill set to stand your ground. Or when you do it comes out in a very angry or aggressive way. Or you become a mute and bottle up all your emotions. You can also be prone to being bullied and as a result you can become easy pray. Unfortunately you then become someone who tends to deal with low self esteem and become fearful to set boundaries and become accustom to living behind a mask. If this sounds like a true reflection of you, maybe this mentoring program is for you.
Our Story
Be One Hope was founded in 2020 by Natasha Kerr during the pandemic lockdown — a tribute following the loss of her father to COVID-19 on 31st May 2020. From that grief came a vision: to create something that could give back to others in a positive way.
The charity began with the People of Power YouTube series in 2020, which encouraged and uplifted communities during an incredibly difficult time. By 2021, Be One Hope expanded into holiday programmes for families in the local community.
Today, Be One Hope operates across education, anxiety management, emotional coaching, and health and fitness — supporting the overall wellbeing of individuals and families. Through our highly qualified staff, children and young people enjoy the benefits of having a place to learn how to build their own skill sets and confidence.
Our Mission
Be One Hope works alongside ADR Consultancy and Author & Director Nicole Reid to develop more engaging activities for the families they serve — families who sometimes face various challenges and difficult times. We believe that loving yourself properly is the foundation for dealing with your own well-being.
